Entry #5: Mayhem

       Cat: 30 commercials are very interesting, the actor become a cat this time. It was not nice to the men at the beginning, he slapped the man’s hand and also bothering him when he was sleeping. And then he started to being naughty, start to destroy the house, such as turn on the sink and keep it open, the celling was breaking down, and he threw the candle to the floor, it might cause a fire in the house, also he ate the bird for fun.

       After watching the Allstate Mayhem commercial, I think the author of the ad wants the audience to experience the service from Allstate at any situation, to feel their professional on the insurance field, to understand it is very important to have them to cover their insurance. The advertisement tries to show us there are different unexpected moment will happen in our life, it very important to prepare for the future. It doesn’t where you come from or how rich or poor you are. All of the advertisement are leading a man who wearing suit and tie but with some minor scar. It tries to say that many people look normal from the outside but injury inside. They might be suffering at different complicated situations. But the main meaning is that Allstate will be with their customer whenever they need them.
