Their success shows that a new paradigm based on sustainable practices can be profitable and a model for our food system if people support them. Perhaps, in today's society, people do not know much about the source of food, and many people do not know how long and how many procedures the process of food sourcing needs to go through. There's a famous saying that everything has two sides, and games are no exception in their development.
